Rosemary, basil & Feta Focaccia

This is a song I recently discovered thru a friend of mine. I don't know much about the group but I am in love this song! Hopes Too High it speaks for itself. Just listen.

Recently I made my very first focaccia. It was not as difficult as I thought it would be and really rather scrumptious. Here is the recipe. I didn't wanna use the onions and stuff so I swapped it out for rosemary, basil and feta.

Really not a difficult dough to work with, just remember to oil the bowl as well as your hands.

I think this was before I let it rest and rise.

It's a little hard to make dents in it because it just pops right back.

Ohh it's sinfully delicious, perfect for sandwiches.
